Italian culinary tradition is another cultural bridge between Italy and Kazakhstan.

The Foundation for United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (FFUN SDG), a member of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs – Sustainable Development, is pleased to announce that it has been authorised to initiate the process for the establishment of a Legation of ACCADEMIA ITALIANA DELLA CUCINA in Kazakhstan, in the city of Almaty.  
This initiative is part of the growing cultural and economic relations between Italy and Kazakhstan, responding to the country’s strong interest in Made in Italy, particularly in the authenticity of Italian cuisine, whose candidacy for UNESCO heritage status is gaining increasing momentum.  
The official presentation of the new Delegation, led by the President of FFUN SDG, Maurizio Aronica, will take place in early December in Almaty.  
FFUN looks forward to this new phase of collaboration with enthusiasm, confident that the Delegation will serve as an additional cultural and social bridge between the two countries, contributing to the promotion of Italian culinary tradition and intercultural dialogue.
